📦 Returns & Exchanges Policy


We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unwashed, and undamaged products. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return or exchange it under the conditions below:

✅ Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Customized or tailored products (including made-to-measure items) are non-returnable.

  • Sale items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return.

  • If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.

🔄 Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted for size or color, subject to stock availability.

  • If the requested size/color is not available, we will issue a refund.

🌍 Domestic & International Orders

  • Domestic (India): Customers are responsible for shipping the return back to us unless the item is defective.

  • International orders: Customers must arrange and pay for return shipping. We recommend using a trackable courier service.

📝 How to Return

  2. Our team will provide return instructions and approval.

  3. call us to ship the product to our return address. 

  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
