How can I raise a return request?

To raise a return request click on Return Request link on your order tracking page within 48 hours of receiving the delivery. An OTP will be sent to your number for authentication.

Note :-For partial returns only the product(s) that you wish to return needs to be mentioned while raising the return request along with the order id.

What is eligible for a return?

You may return any product purchased from RitiRivaz.com that is unused and in new condition.
Made to measure products are not eligible for returns.

Who Pays the Shipping charges for returned products?

Our team will arrange for the return shipment. customers need to courier the product back to us and the return courier charges are to be borne by the customers.

How much time does it take to get my refund?

Once the returned product is received by us, our team will perform a quality check of the product. The refund is initiated in 48 hours after the approval of the return. The refund takes between 3 to 5 working days to reflect in your account.

Can I get an exchange for the products purchased on Sale/Offer?

Yes, Products purchased during sale/offer will be eligible for an exchange.
